Alex is senior reporter at MicroScope.co.uk, covering all aspects of the IT channel in the UK, from traditional hardware sales to emerging areas such as cloud computing and BYOD, as well as the wider issues that affect channel businesses. He is also (usually) the voice of MicroScope’s official Twitter feed, @channelnews. He joined MicroScope in 2007, and though he has been writing about IT channels since 2005, began his writing career as an intern on a food and drink magazine. He graduated from the University of Sussex in 2003 with a BA in social anthropology.
