Virtualisation specialist Veeam has shuffled its management pack uniting the control of Europe under a single head.
Previously the vendor had used a system of Southern and Northern European management but with the departure of Northern European manager Colin Fisher the overal control of EMEA has been handed to Daniel Fried.
Fried set up Veeam's French office in 2008 before taking over the role running Southern Europe last year.
Previous to joining the company he had a spell as director of partner sales at VMware's Southern European operation.
"Our 2010 target is to maintain that same growth and expand out presence into large companies by investing in sales resources throughout Europe," Fried said.
A source close to the company was unable to disclose the destination of Fisher who had been working with partners in the UK.
