Cisco and Avaya reseller Intrinsic Technology is bulking up its services team with two new business development managers to head up carrier, WAN and managed services and its new Fusion Managed Services unit respectively.
Former Calyx carrier services consultant Ian Wynn will take responsibility for expanding a new Intrinsic unit. The firm already has relationships with Tier 1 carriers including BT and Tiscali and hopes to start selling its own value add carrier services.
Meanwhile, former Cisco account manager Billy Haining has stepped in to develop the Fusion Managed Services business
Intrinsic managed services director Gregg Spooner said the UC and convergence VAR was facing "a critical time as we invest heavily in our services proposition."
"Two new additions to the team of this calibre will go some way to ensure we continue to enhance client choice and extend our reach," he added.
