The MicroScope ACEs Golf Challenge in association with VADition and Fortinet has reached the quarter final stage.

The final eight competitors have emerged after the original field of 76, which entered the competition last November, have been whittled down over a series of three rounds.

The final eight players must face-off in sudden death ties with the winners of those matches flying to Spain next month for the semi-finals and grand final. The overall winner will be crowned at the MicroScope ACEs on 26 May at the Lancaster Hotel, London.

"No-one is holding back and the games are being played in a great spirit of competition," commented VADition's business development director, Barrie Desmond.

The quarter-finalists are:

Andy Travers, F5 vs. Andrew Henderson, Lanway

Mark Waite, Cohesive Communications vs. Matt Knowlton, VADition

Mark Perring, Valusys vs. Robert Kent, Jackson Kent

Neil Ledger, VADition vs. Ross Ranson, Active
