ShoreTel adds marketing, on-boarding programmes

IP phone vendor ShoreTel has launched two channel initiatives with the aim of strengthening its partner ecosystem.

A new on-boarding package including implementation and sales training, demo kits, marketing materials and solution support will help dealers new to ShoreTel's partner programme learn the ropes, the vendor said.

Meanwhile, a marketing services plan dubbed 'Accelerate' adds a range of marketing solutions, sales generation, social media and event management services for established resellers.

"The solutions aim to eliminate the complexity traditionally associated with the execution of marketing campaigns as well as with initial sales training," said ShoreTel EMEA managing director John Howard.
