Fujitsu Technology Solutions (TS) and Ingram Micro have announced an expansion of their EMEA relationship, with Ingram taking on Fujitsu's Dynamic Infrastructure kit, including the Primergy and Eternus server and storage lines to target SMB and midmarker resellers.
Joint server and storage sales have risen in the high double digits between April and September of this year, and the two companies want to capitalise on this growth.
Fujitsu Select partners and Select experts will receive enhanced support around lead generation from Ingram, the companies said in a joint statement.
"Our expanded relationship opens up major new opportunities for EMEA channel partners, providing the complete range of products and services that customers need to remain agile and competitive," said Fujitsu TS senior vice president of corporate channels, Hans-Dieter Wysuwa.
Earlier in the month Fujitsu TS named Simon Worsfold as its new channel and enterprise sales director and pledged to rebuild its damaged standing within the channel.
