Data recovery technology and services vendor Kroll Ontrack is attempting to galvanise its existing partner programme with the addition of extra services designed to enable partners to manage 'disaster' situations.
"Being able to recover customers' data successfully, every time, is vital to their business, since customer satisfaction directly impacts business reputation," said Kroll Ontrack sales and business development manager Alastair Molyneux.
"Feedback from our partners indicated that they rely on us to keep them abreast of technological changes that impact their ability to effectively manage data loss situations," he added.
New features include access to webinars and video tutorials, documentation and sales resources, an online resource centre, as well as discounts and promotional collateral.
Kroll Ontrack claims to have completed 50,000 successful data recoveries during 2010.
