Ingram Micro will launch a programme designed to attract new Cisco resellers later on this month, the distributor has said.
The firm has developed a pan-European programme, dubbed 'Fly Higher', with assistance from the vendor, to help develop and accelerate dealer profitability on Cisco's product and services portfolio.
The programme will be split into four tracks, including setting-up as a Registered partner - the entry level tier for Cisco VARs - through building up knowledge around Cisco product, and sales and training awards.
The highest level of the programme will take the form of a tailer-made sales acceleration programme to help resellers target high-level sales.
Ingram Micro Europe's Cisco business development manager, Benno Wijnen, said the programme would "play a vital role in connecting the broad offer from cisco with the specific needs of resellers in the SMB channel."
