The new firm is composed of the integrated businesses of Calyx Software; Microsoft Gold Partner Gyrosoft; Microsoft Dynamics GP VAR Touchstone; ISV Trinity Computer Services, and its subsidiaries Avant-Garde and Sys-Care; and Calyx Software's Irish business MentecPlus.
Touchstone and Trinity were first acquired by Calyx Software's VC backers Better Capital in June as the opening salvo in a roll-up of Dynamics resellers, while Gyrosoft was bought last month.
"The creation of m-hance allows us to go to our customers with a single, clear identity and message," said group CEO Mark Thompson today.
"The company benefits from the stability, long trading history and deep client relationships of each of the component entities. We've combined the strengths of seven respected specialists into one financially strong leader with an experienced management team, backed up by a solid balance sheet containing no external debt," he said.
M-hance said that the new structure would enable it to further develop its product set along vertical market specific lines, including non-profit organisations, education, financial services and hospitality and leisure.
The 150-strong business will operate out of offices in Glasgow, London, Loughborough and Glasgow, with an Irish base in Dublin. It claims to already have a cumulative total of around 1,000 direct customers and 1,000 more serviced through channel partners.
