Recently-created Microsoft software house m-hance has named sector specialist Amanda Grant to its senior management team as market development director, tasked with developing new products and expanding its vertical-focused IP.
Grant joins m-hance after a lengthy stint at ERP software vendor Advanced Business Solutions, where she held a variety of consultancy, product management and market development roles.
M-hance CEO Mark Thompson said Grant's appointment underpinned the firm's avowed vertical strategy.
"Amanda will be the key interface between our market research and new product development teams to drive an expanding range of m-hance's own IP solutions to meet specific organisational need," he explained.
"This reaffirms our intention to establish [ourselves] as a leading onnovator of business software and work closely with our existing and new customers to develop solutions tailored to their exact requirements," he added.
