The Gloucestershire-based firm said this would help it manage increasingly diverse BYOD environments on Cisco networks.
The ISE solution functions either as an appliance or VM, and according to Cisco provides visibility and control over all devices on the end-user network and then creates consistent policy access and application enforcement across the network for corporate governance purposes.
"It's clear IT consumerisation has had an overwhelming effect on the proliferation of corporate-owned and personal devices requesting access to networks," said Axonex director Tom Bane.
"If businesses are to embrace the benefits of BYOD, the security mechanisms in place must advance from merely an allowed or denied policy," he added.
