Microsoft software house m-hance has teamed up with specialist recruiters Discovery Graduates to launch its first graduate recruitment scheme.
Following its 29 February acquisition of Maxima's Business Solutions division, the firm has seen its customer base more than double to 2,400 and is now looking to add to its 230-strong headcount to support an ongoing growth and acquisition strategy.
The firm is looking to base six graduates in six different functions, product management, marketing, consulting, support, finance and sales at its Stockport headquarters from July.
Each is a permanent, paid, full-time position incorporating offsite training through Discovery's OPEN programme.
CEO Mark Thompson said he was hoping the scheme would identify and develop potential future management of the business.
"We are committed to investing in their development with us and progress[ing] their way up the business by working with leading-edge technology from the world's major players," he said.
