VoIP specialist Gradwell has outlined ambitions to grow its business significantly over the next four years looking for more activity from its channel partners.

The growth plans come just months after the Bath-based firm gained £1.15m in investment from Altitude Partners.

With VoIP expected to sell in ever increasing quantities in the next few years the ambition to grow the business by four times in the next four years is something that managing director Peter Gradwell believes is achievable.

Around 40% of its business comes via partners and it is looking to increase that figure by working more closely with its current resellers: "We want to get them to sell more. We do geographies rather than verticals."

As well as getting more business through partners selling its current range of business services, including VoIP and broadband, the firm also has ambitions to get more revenue from the corporate market.

"The PBX market up to about 30 employees and after that it goes on-premise so we want to deal with the corporate side better," he said.

To support its partners Gradwell said it had expanded its internal sales teams to support resellers.
