McAfee has made changes to its partner programme rolling out enhancements designed to increase profitability for resellers into a single global offering.
The security vendor has taken the step of combining different schemes into a single 'profitability stack', which includes deal reg, tiered pricing plans and rewards and rebates.
“McAfee is committed to delivering new ways to help our partners be more profitable,” said Gavin Struthers, senior vice president of worldwide channels at McAfee.
the deal registration offers a potential 25% extra margin for those securing new business and elite and premier partners can get access to tiered pricing that is designed to reflect the commitment they have made to the vendor.
A new automated pricing process allows distributors to make tiered pricing available to authorised resellers. Additionally McAfee has introduced discounted tiered pricing worldwide.
There are also rewards on offer to those resellers that seal deals with $25,000 being paid out quarterly to top performers in the SMB space and $35,000 to those selling into the commercial space.
“We will continue to listen to our partners and aggressively evolve our channel programmes as part of our relentless pursuit to deliver unprecedented value to them," added Strurthers.
