Computer repair franchise chain PC PAL has set out plans to significantly expand its operations across UK and Ireland.
The firm specialises in fixing laptops, desktops, tablets and smartphones and has been going since 2008 having built up 20 franchisees across the UK.
With the appointment of June Falvey as franchise manager the plan is to
take the number of outlets up to 40 in the next year and a half.
Jat Mann, managing director of PC PAL, said that it had recruited Falvey because it was "the essential next step" in the firm's development.
“We have now moved all technical training in-house, giving even the most non-technical minded person the best opportunities to pass the Microsoft and CompTIA exams," said Falvey explaining that all new franchisees would be given the necessary training and support.
"This training and support gives our new franchisees the best possible start to their new
business and combined with the on-going technical and marketing support provided to all our
franchisees, we feel we provide everything necessary to build a successful PC PAL Franchise
business," she added.
