What is the best/worst advice you have received and from whom?
Best: A VP at Great Plains advised me to buy stock in Great Plains just before it floated on the NASDAQ, they went from $16 to $68.
Worst: A broker told me to sell Misys shares in 1993 at £5.50 - they went to £32.

I build and fly large radio controlled aircraft.

Play golf with my sons at Augusta, because it is the ultimate golfing challenge and we would have a laugh.

My wife - she has put up with the hours, the huge amount of travel and the stress.
What was your first car and how does it compare with what you drive now?
A Peugeot 404 with a column gear change and a bench front seat. I now drive a Lexus and don't need the bench front seat.

Gorilla - more mobile, more intelligent and probably as strong.

Countryside - I like the space and the peace. Cities are for business.

A Friday night down our local pub with the neighbours - not exciting, but a great way to wind down.
