VCOMM set to launch new support services following acquisition by SIPHON

Voice and communication technology distributor, VCOMM, has launched an engineering and technical support service portfolio to encourage resellers and service providers to offer new communication products to their customers.

The initiative consists of training, field engineering, around-the-clock technical support and four hour emergency on-site engineering support and spares management.

VCOMM claims a team of ‘highly-skilled’ VoIP engineers across many different voice and communication systems and services, to support resellers.

VCOMM was recently acquired by SIPHON Networks as part of an expansion drive to increase voice and communication technology sales.  The launch of the support services is a key plank in driving further sales and increasing market share.

Steve Harris, managing director, VCOMM said: “Our customers want more from distribution and want us to support them in driving innovation and new services to their end customers.”

When SIPHON acquired VCOMM early this year it said it planned to increase the product portfolio and continue to deliver professional and technical support services with all the products offered.
