Identity services vendor Centrify ramps up partner drive

Steve Bell

Centrify, which provides identity services for datacentres, cloud and mobile applications has launched a partner programme aimed at independent software vendors (ISVs).

The aim is to encourage ISVs and mobile application developers to use its technologies to develop cloud-based authentication services.

The company hopes to build on an estimated 2,000 cloud applications that already use its technologies. It already ranks, Dropbox, NetSuite and Zoom among its existing ISV partners.

The partner programme will provide potential partners with access to  training, licences and publications; joint development and integration testing; sales and marketing resources; and further information.

There are three levels of partnership available to developers and ISVs: Developer, Business and Premier.

Developer Partners gain access to solutions for integrating their apps with Active Directory-based Zero Sign-on as well as discounts on Centrify products, services, and support.  They can also get access to Centrify APIs.

Centrify is working with business partners to implement joint marketing and sales strategies, including opportunities to cross-sell, upsell or promote solutions to Centrify customers. Premier partners are expected to take on a strategic role with large technology companies
