Acer UK promises more to customers

Acer UK has announced extensions to include professional desktop, notebook and windows tablet ranges in its four-point ‘Acer Promise’ programme.

“Acer’s goal is to continue to innovate and build the most reliable products to support SMBs through to the largest enterprise users,” said Marco Andresen, country manager at Acer UK.

“Acer makes high quality products, so in the unlikely event that something does go wrong in the first year, we are committed through the ‘Acer Promise’ programme to replacing or repairing your PC or repair and refund customers 50% for any inconvenience,” added Anderson

The  ‘Acer Promise’ programme has four components;

Reliability Promise: If an Acer PC develops a fault in the first year, Acer promises to fix it free of charge and refund 50% of the price.

Performance Promise: Acer Dead on Arrival (DOA) commitment. If an Acer PC should fail within the first 31 days, customer can contact a UK-based call centre and Acer will replace the product the next business day.

Trade Up Promise: Trade in an old PC for a new Acer PC and receive cash back.

Promotion Promise: Latest money saving offers on the professional range.

The reliability and performance promises now apply to all Acer commercial notebooks including; the Aspire S7 Pro models, the TravelMate B and P series, the TravelMate X313 series, all Veriton professional desktops and Windows Iconia tablets.
