NaviSite on the prowl for channel partners following OISG deal

Managed service provider NaviSite has announced a partnership with reseller OISG. The reseller will offer NaviSite’s cloud services adding in customisation, migration and first-line support to customers.

Steve Whitfield, sales director, OISG Enterprise Solutions said the move to partner with NaviSite was taken after lengthy and extensive research into potential cloud partners.

He added NaviSite’s global presence; several UK datacentres and portfolio of cloud services swung the deal: “Combined with OISG’s experience of helping customers implement cloud services we felt there was a strong synergy between our businesses.”

Mark Hart, channel and alliance director, NaviSite said: “As NaviSite expands its partner programme we are looking for partners with the skills, expertise and scale to address the growing market for cloud services. 

“OISG’s experience of delivering infrastructure and managed services to enterprise customers, coupled with its focus on high quality customer care, made it an ideal fit for NaviSite.”

OISG will offer managed hosted IT infrastructure, hybrid managed hosted/IAAS, and hosted managed desktop as a service.
