Intel's Sandy Bridge in troubled waters

Intel's Sandy Bridge in troubled waters

Intel's problems with its latest processor - a load have been shipped with faulty chipsets - are hardly surprising. Calling something "Sandy Bridge" is asking for trouble.

Ask yourself, who on earth would build a sandy bridge and, even more to the point, who would be fool enough to try and walk or drive over it?

Poor old Intel was just tempting fate with this. I suggest a bit more thought is put into naming the next product, preferably in favour of something more robust.
