The Department for Business Innovation and Skills has published a leaflet summarising the rights and mutual obligations of pregnant employees and their employers in relation to babies which are due on or after 3 April 2011.

Remember that to make a mistake in an employees rights could lead to a claim based on sex discrimination which could result in an uncapped award.
