Content protection and control specialist Workshare will
give the channel more in-depth access to its IP, allowing resellers and ISVs to
better integrate its content control technology solutions with other solutions.
The security vendor revealed it has already signed three
technology OEM partners and two integration partners to the new WorkshareOpen
programme.
Workshare general manager Babak Salimi said that the
increased openness would help enterprises tackle the risks inherent in securing
and managing digital content.
He added that its content comparison technology “until now has
only been available to a few select partners”.
“By providing open access to this platform, we’re enabling a
new generation of more secure and content-aware enterprise applications,” he
added.
Resellers that take advantage of the programme will also be
able to utilise Workshare’s branding and trust marks.
