Sophos on the hunt for networking specialists

Sophos is looking to recruit networking partners in an effort to support its extending portfolio, which includes Network Access Controls.

Speaking to MicroScope, senior vice president at Sophos Andrew Bradshaw, said that it had extended its product portfolio with products like Network Access Control and was looking for partners with skills that could help extend its market reach.

“As we have added more technologies to the portfolio we need more partners and we are recruiting networking partners because we need that matrix,” said Bradshaw.

In a profile interview with this magazine Bradshaw also pointed to its recent investment in the channel, increasing account managers and support, as a sign that it was looking to work with partners that added value.
