Cirencester-based distributor Zycko has moved its training course on Riverbed’s WAN optimisation technology to London due to popular demand from resellers that were struggling to take time out of the office to travel to its HQ in the Cotswolds.
The vendor’s authorised programme, hosted by the academy@ training division of Zycko should be more accessible to a wider audience said Peter Barnes, director of training at Zycko.
“Whilst the training courses in Cirencester have proved highly popular, we realised that customers wanted to reduce the amount of time spent away from the workplace. With many of them based in London, it seemed appropriate to bring the training here,” he said.
From August, the WAN events – on the deployment, installation and configuration Riverbed’s optimisation and acceleration solutions - will be held at an ETC Managed Training Facility in central London close to Farringdon tube station.
